DUTCH DUB
Dutch Dub is Nick deWitt. Currently based in Seattle, WA, with plans to move to Portugal when the next winter comes. He really likes Dillard and Clark, the new Panda Bear record and a gentle wind on a spring, summer, or fall day. Most of his material is made in his makeshift studio currently titled the Turquoise Tangerine. Dutch Dub is not dub music, though some people seem to think he just has bad ears when it comes to making "dub". It's dub as in overdub, since he records alone and has to track each voice and instrument individually. Coffee and cake seem to fuel his creative and physical energy exclusively, however a recent purchase of the sticky icky has derailed his sense of purpose and boundary as can be noted in his decision to write songs similar to the regular rotation on KIXI am 880, his favorite radio station. He loves his parents and brothers and dog and girlfriend. Peace.
